Brett Beer

A special beer, the color changes depending on the fruit or ingredients added. Characterized by “wild” notes from Brettanomyces such as horsehide, leather, goat or phenol, sometimes with a light sour fruit taste. All are skillfully balanced with other ingredients to create a harmonious whole. Note that Brett beer is not synonymous with sour beer – Brett can create sourness, but not always. This is a beer style for those who love complexity and surprise.
