BEER STYLE
Bock
Bock is a bottom-fermented lager, often lagered for several months to smooth out its strong aromas. Generally speaking, Bock is stronger and fuller-bodied than regular lagers, with a distinct malty character and a color that gradually changes from a deep amber to a seductive brown. The hop bitterness is just noticeable enough to balance the overall flavor, but not overwhelming the malt flavor – most Bocks use only light, subtle hops.
