Grisette is an ancient Belgian beer style, once popular in the Wallonia region – an area with many quarries and laborers. Brewed as a refreshing drink after work, it typically has a low alcohol content, is easy to drink, and quite refreshing.
Grisette shares many similarities with Saison, but is generally lighter and easier to drink. The beer has a bright yellow to pale yellow color, with flavors of cereals, light bread, and subtle fruit or spice notes from the Belgian yeast.
Thanks to its high carbonation and fresh taste, Grisette offers a cool, dry, and very easy-to-drink experience, especially suitable for chilling in warm weather.
